Present Situation of HSE Management
　　The managerial layer of Chang Qing Petrochemical Subsidiary Company have been highly attaching importance to establish and keep the system of HSE management since China Petroleum Naturalgas Group Corporation issued Health, Safety and Environmental Management System of China Petroleum Natural Gas Industry (SY/T6276-1997). It founded HSE Committee of Chang Qing Petrochemical Subsidiary Company, director of which was general manager. It was responsible completely for management of safety, fire fighting, environmental protection and the vital part position and concentrated jobs, such as occupational hygiene, environmental sanitation and making green by planting trees. At the same time, the company has established he safe supervising system, the leader of which is safety chief inspector. And it brings HSE management into the examination quota of departments' outstanding achievement and carries out year objective management.
　　In 2000 the handbooks of HSE management have been issued on the net of company office automation. Each basic unit has issued HSE work guidance book, and has built the frame of HSE management. In 2001 the framework of company organization was adjusted.
